Those that don’t matter: A talk with the editor of Business 2.0

As posted earlier, I was extremely offended and dismayed by the recent 10 people who don’t matter expose in Business 2.0.

As it turns out, I wasn’t the only one offended in this house… my wife, Tamarah, was infuriated by the list as well. So much so that she mailed the editor, Owen Thomas. A lengthy and spirited exchanged followed, which I won’t post in entirety given that it was a private exchange, but I found the following ultimate reply to the thread interesting:

“Thanks for sharing your thoughts, valuable at any length. I know Jonathan Schwartz and
I’m pretty sure he’s holding up okay, but I’m sure he’d appreciate your concern. Usually
people tell magazine journalists that we overestimate our power and importance, so it
sure is a nice change to hear a different view.”

I wish I could post it all. She really had a great exchange with him and nailed point after point. I’m so proud. :)

  3. links of london the women who wear the long necklaces are also referred as the ‘Giraffe look models’. They have been saving their necks from ethnic clashes wearing such big and broad links of london bracelet necklaces. Other than these women some African tribal women and men also wear them.
